Chelsea Lately is a late-night comedy talk show by Chelsea Handler on the E! network. Every episode was presented in a half-hour format and was broadcast Monday through Friday.
Chelsea Handler said the worst celebrity she's ever interviewed was Justin Bieber. “He tried to flirt with me and it was so uncomfortable,” Handler said at Variety’s Sundance Film Festival Studio. “You feel like a child molester … I was not sexually attracted to a child.”[1]

Justin Bieber: [enters and kissens Chelsea on the cheek]
Chelsea: Hi. That was a wet one, there's a lot of wet stuff on my cheek and I'm so excited that we're spending Valentine's Day together Congratulations on your big opening weekend with the movie.
Justin Bieber: Thank you, thank you.
Chelsea: Awesome. They show a lot of good stuff in that movie. It turns out you're a little prankster, you think you're some sort of little funny buddy, don't you?
Justin Bieber: Yeah.
Chelsea: You play lot of jokes on the people that you work with?
Justin Bieber: Yeah you know, I'm always playing little pranks and keep people on their toes.
Chelsea: Uh-huh, why do you think that is? You think you picked that up in our relationship
Justin Bieber: Yeah. Pretty much.
Chelsea:: Oh really girlfriend, oh really? So how was last night? You were so good last night. You got a standing ovation and I saw you in the back of the rooom celebrating on our massage chair. Somebody was getting a lot of massage action.
Justin Bieber: Yeah, it was really good. I like fell asleep back there.
Chelsea: Yeah, I know. I was worried taht you wouldn't have any energy when you came out here but you always manage to turn it on. Do you want me to get one of those massage chairs?
Justin Bieber: I would love that.
Chelsea: You would like that?
Justin Bieber: Yeah.
Chelsea: Ok I'll get it for you next, when is our anniversary? Hold on a second. I'll get you one though. They like to send it to famous people so I'm sure it won't be an issue. Were you disappointed last night that you didn't win?
Justin Bieber: Yeah.
Chelsea: [laughs]
Justin Bieber: I'm not gonna lie, like people are expecting me to say something else but I'm disappointed but I'm really excited for her. She's worked hard.
Chelsea: [laughs] It's good that you're honest. You should be hoenst. It's good that you're disappointed, you should be disappointed and I don't like when people say they're not disappointed. That's good, you're young and you have to create good habits for yourself and being honest is one of them. Now, so what are you doing for Valentine's Day really 'cause I know you won't talk to me about your relationship with Selena Gomez or whoever you're running around with now. You know it's embarrassing every time I see you with another woman. You know in this collector's edition of US Weekly.
Justin Bieber: You blowed up my spot here
Chelsea: It's talked all about all the woman you that flirt with and then it says Chelsea Handler. Another one of your victims. How do you think that makes me feel as a woman?
Justin Bieber: They're just tryna blow up my spot in this magazine.
Chelsea: They're tryna do something. Do you want to talk about anything personal in your love life? No? Probably not, right?
Justin Bieber: You look very beautiful.
Chelsea: So I heard there's a little website because even lesbians like you now.
Justin Bieber: Yeah. There's a website it's called Lesbians Who Look Like Justin Bieber
Chelsea:' Yeah. [laughs] So funny.
Justin Bieber: Yeah.
Chelsea: Do you remember how many times I said to my friend in real life that woman looks like Justin Bieber and the fact that there is a loud website that's dedicated to it, that's absoolutely perfect.
Justin Bieber: It's funny.
Chelsea: It is funny but your hair looks a little shorter, you got a cut.
Justin Bieber: I got a little bit cut but just tryna something new.
Chelsea: Well how are you gonna whip it back and forth now?
Justin Bieber: [whips hair] Willow has taught me very well.
Chelsea: Yeah what's up with that, are you good friends with those guys?
Justin Bieber: Well yeah, she's coming on tour with me, um overseas. She's opening up for me.
Chelsea: Ok then her brother. You performed with her brother last night, right?
Justin Bieber: Yeah, Jaden performed with me last night with me on the Grammys. Their family is just such good people.
Chelsea: And do you hang out with them a lot?
Justin Bieber: Yeah every, no when I can.
Chelsea: But when do you have time to hang out? You work, obviously you don't know how hard you work, everybody else knows how hard you work. But you're really young and work all the time. So when do you have regular time to look at pictures of me?
Justin Bieber: [laughs] I do t hat all the time. You know the ones with you and 50 [Cent]. Touchée girl, touchée. I have a picture of you and Lady Gaga, throw the picture of you and Lady Gaga when she was in her meat dress.
Chelsea: Did you look hesitated?
Justin Bieber: She went for a hug, and I was like ‘Oh… let’s just hold up on that. You have meat on you.'
Chelsea: You're like I'm not hungry.
Justin Bieber: Yeah, I was like 'You stand here, I'm gonna come like this'. It was like a really awkward [hug].
Chelsea: What did you like better at like that meat dress or that egg that she arrived in that.
Justin Bieber: I thought both were weird. But I mean, I don’t know. People say its artistic and stuff… I’m just like, ‘You’re an egg.' But I mean she was probably just tryna save her voice or something, she didn't wanna talk to like a lot of people.
Chelsea: Oh that's actually interesting. Is that what she was doing? Cause that kinda would make sense.
Justin Bieber: I mean like a lot of people before they go on stage. They're on vocal rest and when people do interviews, she still wanted to go to the red carpet so she probably wanted to do something creative.
Chelsea: You're like a psychologist, aren't you?
Justin Bieber: You can call me Dr. Bieber.
Chelsea: Ok dr. You're gonna be on CSI, Dr. Bieber is going to be on CSI, right? Thursday night? Friday night, sorry.
Justin Bieber: I don't know.
Chelsea: I don't know, whatever it's on.
Justin Bieber: Hopefully like soon.
Chelsea: It'll be on this week. So just stay tuned for that. And what else is happening with you? Anything? [shows Never Say Never: The Remixes CD] This is in stores, you guys.
Justin Bieber: Yes.
CHelsea: And the movie is called Never Say Never. It's in theatres now and you can pick up the Never Say Never Remix, which is this, at stores and on iTunes.
Justin Bieber: M-huh. And it's got a lot cool people on it, Kanye West is on it and Rascal Flatts so yeah go get it.

Chelsea: I'm always better when you're here. I got the Bieber Fever when you're here. Did you hear Obama talking about you, about Bieber Fever?
Justin Bieber: I heard, I heard.
Chelsea: What did he say? What did he say about you?
Justin Bieber: Um it was talking about, he went to a school and the kids were only like talking about me instead of like asking, you know it's the president. They could ask like, you know presidential type of stuff. [laughs]
Chelsea: And he then asked 'Do you know what Bieber Fever is?' Right?
Justin Bieber: Yeah, yeah.
Chelsea: And he's like oh I know about that. You're big, you're pimping pretty big lately. 'Cause I know you rented out the Staples Center to take your girlfriend to see a movie and then you rented out another theatre in Canada to watch a movie so that no one else would be in the theatre with you, right?
Justin Bieber: [stays silent] [grabs Under the Mistletoe CD] Under the Mistletoe is um, it's…
Chelsea: This is what happens when he comes. I ask him questions and then he diverts everyone's attention.
Justin Bieber: Well here's the thing, that's not one of the questions they were telling me back there that you were going to ask.
Chelsea: Oh, oh.
Justin Bieber: Usually they tell me, yeah.
Chelsea: Well that was in the news though, it's not like it's a big secret.
Justin Bieber: It wasn't confirmed you know.
Chelsea: Oh, it wasn't. It was "alleged"

Chelsea: That's what you say? That's "alleged", I see.
Justin Bieber: Yeah, it's alleged. It's alleged.

Chelsea: Um Evan Rachel Wood was here by the way. Do you know who she is? The actress?
Justin Bieber: Yes.
Chelsea: And she said she had a big, big crush on you.
Justin Bieber: Nice. Nice, that's always good.
Chelsea: She's in The Ides of March, have you seen that movie? Have you rented out a theatre yet to see that movie?
Justin Bieber: No, not yet. No, no.
Chelsea: Alright, let's talk about your album. because this is all the charities everyone needs to know. I mean all the proceeds from this is going to charity so it's a good move so. And this is the first time your label has done something like that.
Justin Bieber: Yes, yes. They never actually, Universal has never acually let the portions of the proceeds go to charity. So it was something we thought was really special and it's good for a Christmas album.
Chelsea: Well of course, yeah. You don't even have a copy of this, right?
Justin Bieber: No, I don't have a copy. I was like yo can I have a copy. They were like no we had to fight really hard to get it on Chelsea Lately and so like you're more special than me, I guess.
Chelsea: Well I've been waiting a long time to hear you say that. Thank you.
Justin Bieber: You're welcome.
Chelsea: How did you enjoy?
Justin Bieber: That's, really? You're wearing the necklace I got you.
Chelsea: Is this the one you got me?
Justin Bieber: Yes, that's the one I got you.
Chelsea: Is it?

Chelsea: I don't believe you.
Justin Bieber: No? You forget already?
Chelsea: No, I'm so sick of you and your stuff. This is why you're dangerous. Because you're like 11 and you're tricking me. How old are you now?
Justin Bieber: I'm 17, I'll be 18 in like a couple months.
Chelsea: Oh you're 17. You're gonna be 18. But you're 17 so enjoy. Don't say you're 18 yet.
Justin Bieber: No, I didn't say I was 18. I said I was gonna be 18 in a couple of months.
Chelsea: So he has songs, so sick of you. He's got songs, you got songs with Usher. Who else is on this with you?
Justin Bieber: Uh, I have Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men. I have The Band Perry which is a country.
Chelsea: Yeah, I know Perry. And so how did you like singing Christmas music?
Justin Bieber: It was great, I had a fun time. It was kinda weird singing Christmas music in like September when I recorded it.
Chelsea: So how did you get in the Christmas spirit when it's not Christmas time when you have to sing about Christmas?
Justin Bieber: Uh yeah that was kind of the problem but we just dealt with it, I guess. It's not like we're gonna do a Christmas…
Chelsea: Why didn't you just rent out a skating rink and sing in there? Hm?
Justin Bieber: I did. I just did [laughts]
Chelsea: Um, from one of your videos you shot it with Chuck Norris?
Justin Bieber: Well actuallly we just shot a music video and one of the crew members looked just like Chuck Norris. That's actually not Chuck Norris. But I took a picture with him, I was like 'I want to take a picture with you? You look exactly like Chuck Norris.'
Chelsea: I'm surprised you know who Chuck Norris is.
Justin Bieber: Are you kidding me? Walker, Texas Ranger.
Chelsea: Oh, is that your thing?
Justin Bieber: It's like my favorite show.
Chelsea: Is it?
Justin Bieber: No it's not.
Chelsea: What is your favorite show? Don't say mine, ok. What do you watch on TV? What's yoru favorite show on TV. I'm actually curious about that.
Justin Bieber: Um probably, Chelsea Lately.
Chelsea: Oh God. God, you can enver get an honest answer from this kid.
Justin Bieber: No, no. You want to hear an honest answer?
Chelsea: Yeah.
Justin Bieber: Well, I really. I've been getting into Dexter. I really like that.
Chelsea: That's a great show.
Justin Bieber: My boy Josh got me hooked on it.
Chelsea: Josh, who?
Justin Bieber: Josh, he just works with me.
Chelsea: Oh, Josh Josh.
Justin Bieber: Josh, the one.
Chelsea: Scooter Josh? Is that his nickname? Scooter?

Chuy: Yes.
Chelsea: Do a sing of the line of the song where you go Ba-.
Justin Bieber: Can you sing it?

Justin Bieber: No but I'm gonna let you pass on this one.

Chelsea: Whoopsie and you have 13 million followers on Twitter now which is more than anyone except for who? Lady Gaga.
Justin Bieber: Yeah, second. I'm basically the first loser.
Chelsea: So do you do all your own tweets?
Justin Bieber: Um, I do. Yes, yeah.
Chelsea: Well then so do I. This album is called, pick up Under the Mistletoe. It's in stores today and a portion of the proceeds goes to charity. So everybody go get yourself a copy for Christmas and for charity. Thank you very much Justin Bieber.
