“No Brainer” is a single by DJ Khaled featuring Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper and Quavo which released on July 27, 2018.

Judah Smith was singing the song on Justin Bieber's Instagram story before the title was released and even wrote some of the lyrics.[1] The day before the release, DJ Khaled posted a video on Instagram about his son Asahd Khaled which featured a snippet of the song.[2]

Background[]

“No Brainer” was an idea Davidior started in 2017 when he visited his family back home in Guam. Khaled somehow got a hold of the beat and did his thing. After “I'm the One,” Khaled got that formula, and he called Poo Bear. He said, “I’ve got another one.”[3] Poo Bear wrote the record in 25 minutes.[4]

Davidior found out about the features in April 2018 and got to hear the records at Khaled's house in June.<[5]
