R. Kelly is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and former professional basketball player.

Justin and R. Kelly met when they were in the same hotel. Justin invited him to the room and they set up about two or three hours listening to each other's music. Justin said he wanted to do something together and then sent his track "PYD" which R. Kelly put his lyrics on.
In December 2013, R. Kelly said Justin was going to do something on his next up-and-coming album.[1]
In 2016, R. Kelly remixed "Let Me Love You".
